We have been in business since 2003 with the owner having over 30 years experience in the industry. We have a Level 4 B-BBEE status (100% procurement recognition).

We are a Cape Town based company specialising in thermal insulation tank insulation, pipe and boiler insulation, lagging & cladding sheet metal fabrication and site installations.

At ISM Contracts we pride ourselves in service, quality and building up partnerships with our clients.

Our Services

Our services include (but not limited to):

  • Thermal Insulation to hot and cold pipe work including vessel and tank insulation.
  • Boiler insulation and sheet metal cladding.
  • Sheet metal fabrication of ducting for supply and return air systems.
  • Our sheet metal division specializes in the fabrication of all sheet metal goods for up to 1.6mm thick in galvanised and 1.2mm thick in stainless steel.

All our staff are trained in house and we comply with all the labour and safety regulations. We also have all the necessary insurances in place to give our customers peace of mind.
